Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how InfoFunnels ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit infofunnels.co (the "Site") or book a call with us, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Swedish data protection law.

2. What personal data we collect

The Site itself does not run its own contact forms, newsletters, or tracking analytics. The only personal data collected through the Site is via the Calendly booking widget embedded in the "Book a Call" section. When you use it to schedule a strategy call, Calendly collects on our behalf:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide one
• The date, time, and time zone of your booking
• Any additional information you enter into the booking form
• Technical data such as your IP address and browser information, collected automatically by Calendly

3. Why we process your data

We process this data in order to:

• Schedule, confirm, and conduct your strategy call
• Communicate with you about our services before entering into a contract
• Comply with Swedish bookkeeping and accounting obligations, where a paid engagement follows

The legal bases for this processing are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry).

4. Who we share your data with

We use the following third-party processor to operate the booking functionality on the Site:

• Calendly, LLC (United States) — provides the scheduling widget and stores your booking data on its own infrastructure. Calendly acts as an independent data controller for the data it collects; see Calendly's Privacy Notice for details, including on international data transfers and the safeguards Calendly applies (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for transfers outside the EU/EEA.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with any other third party except where required by law.

5. Cookies

The Site does not set its own tracking or analytics cookies. The embedded Calendly widget and the embedded YouTube video player may set their own cookies to enable their functionality — for example, to remember your scheduling preferences or video playback settings. These are controlled by Calendly and YouTube (Google) respectively, not by us. Please refer to their own cookie and privacy policies for details.

6. How long we keep your data

Booking data is retained only for as long as necessary to arrange and follow up on your call. If a paid engagement results from that call, related records may be retained for up to seven years in accordance with the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (Bokföringslagen). Otherwise, data is deleted or anonymised once it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.

7. Your rights under the GDPR

As a data subject, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Request restriction of, or object to, our processing of your data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

8. Data security

We rely on reputable third-party providers (Calendly, and our website hosting provider) that maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard the data processed in connection with the Site.

9. Children's privacy

The Site and our services are intended for business professionals and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal or operational reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
